Love the apps try on feature!!

I’ve tried on a lot of their glasses but struggle with the lack of nose bridge as an Asian. They have a variety of styles and make trying on glasses extremely easy! I appreciate their customer service.

Everyone should know about Warby Parker! Not only is it a more affordable way to purchase glasses, but they also offer trendy/in style frames that other glasses stores don’t have. They have store locations, but I prefer trying out their delivery service where you can try on a few pairs at home, and then ship back the other options at no cost to you. It’s a great deal! My only feedback is that I wish they could expand the style of frames they offer more. Overall, such a great brand!

By far the most stress-free experience when shopping for a pair of glasses that I've ever had in my life. I've been wearing glasses since I was 21 and now I'm in my 50's. I love that the frames are of great quality and very stylish. The price? PHENONMENAL! I've worn glasses from Armani and Oliver Peoples mostly. While I do love their designs I was always sad about how much I had to pay just for the frames. Boom! Here comes Warby Parker, so transparent and I could try out 5 pair from the comfort of my own home? Sign me up? I've sent bought three pairs of prescription glasses and also a classic pair of sunglasses that I'm always complimented on.

I have two pairs of glasses from Warby Parker. Both seem to be very high-quality and fit very well. I’ve had them for three years and I’m still wearing them.

I have prescription glasses and sunglasses from Warby Parker. The selection is great - lots of styles to choose from and sunglasses have several colors of lenses to pick from. The process is very easy and everything can be done through their app or at the store. The app allows you to virtually try on most but not all styles. Once you’ve placed your order, the delivery time is very fast and after you receive your glasses you can go in to make sure the fit is correct. Their return / exchange policy is great. I do wish there were more low bridge styles and that you could keep the same glasses each year and just update the prescription rather than buying the same frames again. Also, I think they are great for lighter or straightforward prescriptions but for more complex prescriptions I might not be as confident.

i have been a religious warby parker wearer since 2016. their customer service is speedy, and i've always received my glasses and contact lenses in a timely manner. their glasses are well constructed, and are so incredibly reliable. i've never scratched the lenses (even when i drop them all the time), and they always have a wide array of frames to choose from that are up-to-date with the current trends. for the price of the frames ($95-145), and the added cost of thinner lenses for higher prescriptions, glasses from warby are an absolute steal, and i highly recommend them for those who are looking to venture into different styles.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing Warby Parker's customer service, paired with their top-notch vision glasses, and I couldn't be more impressed. The entire process, from selecting frames to receiving my glasses, was seamless and delightful. I love that the in-store experience is convenient because they allow you to try on any pair. I ordered the "Wright" pair and love how they feel. I appreciate the durability and comfort of the frames, making them suitable for long hours of wear without any discomfort. I needed to get them adjusted and it's easy to drop in to their store and have them done right away. The best part is that the glasses were only $95!

Great try on at home experience. I've also shopped in stores and the customer service is impeccable. I do wish they were accepted by more insurance companies.

Admittedly I haven't tried any other glasses brands, but I have a number of pairs of Warby Parker glasses and I think they're all great. I really like the try-on mailer experience, and the VR tools are really nice too.

I have been using Warby Parker for my reading glasses for two years. I tried three different models. I absolutely love it! The costumer service is wonderful. The frames are great, beautiful and at a great price.

Good customer service and it’s easy to buy and replace old frames. I like how they come out with new styles on a consistent basis.

I've been a Warby fan since 2011 and have had either sunglasses or eyeglasses from them ever since. Their glasses are good quality and are chic without being overstated. I got the added blue-light filter added onto my lenses, which I think have made quite a difference. The lenses are also not a dark yellow like other blue light glasses are. I do wish they had some more variety in their lenses and that their pricing didn't increase as much as it did, but I'd be lying if I said I wasn't going to get another pair of glasses from them within the next year. I also really appreciate that they immediately adjust my glasses to tighten them up whenever I go into a store.

I’ve had Warby Parker for over 10 years. No other glasses like these. I worked at Apple for 2 years and the quality, attention to detail, intentionality, and people centric Apple was, I’ve experienced at Warby. My glasses are iconic.
