Warby Parker earns strong reviews for stylish, flattering frames, an effortless buying experience (virtual and Home Try‑On), and consistently helpful in‑store service and adjustments. Reviews also flag recurring weaknesses: lenses that smudge and scratch easily, frames that loosen or feel flimsy, limited fit/size variety (especially narrow, wide, and low-bridge), and occasional prescription or complex-Rx fulfillment issues—plus some durability concerns and mixed feedback on Scout contacts.

Love their glasses! They are amazing and fit perfect just wish they had more of a Home Try On selection.

Great experience with purchasing and delivery. Glasses are high quality, professional, and interesting. Glasses could have more offerings for high bridges, but are fairly well stocked in that regard. Optionality for turning a style into sunglasses would be beneficial as well. Have yet to find sunglasses that are as appealing as the Gilbert eyeglasses. Contact purchase was streamlined and easy as well. I was able to take advantage of my benefits in a timely fashion.

I’ve gotten my glasses through WP for years now. They’ve got beautiful minimal styles and have always had great customer service if an issue ever arises. Especially love the prescription sunglasses!

Warby Parker glasses are my go-to! They make it so easy online and in-store to find a fashionable yet affordable pair of glasses. One of my pairs had a scratch after a month, despite the promise they would be anti-scratch and the process of getting it fixed was so easy. They sent me everything I needed to send back my damaged pair and a new pair arrived before they even received my old pair back.

I needed new glasses and I ended up buying two new ones from here. I got one instore and the workers were great and helped me out quickly. They even gave their opinions when I asked what they thought looked best. The shipping was fairly quickly and I like that you can add things to your glasses like blue light filters. I then ordered some completely online and they are just as great! Everything is so easy to understand on the website and it is easy and convenient. The glasses are affordable but are high quality!

I absolutely love my Warby Parker eyeglasses because they are so affordable and cute! They are lightweight yet durable. They have held up well and haven't been scratched or damaged after six months of wear.

We have ordered several pairs of glasses over that past years. I love that they stay on trend and send the frames to test. It’s so much easier to wear them for a day and test the fit and look. Way better than rushing the process in a traditional store.

WB May be ok for some but not for me. I placed an order there on Feb 16. Everyone was professional and helpful in getting my perfect pair of glasses. The first problem was they do not make bifocals, but they did progressive lens instead. I settled for the progressive Lens even though I preferred the bifocals. They then offered progressive plus lenses which were extra. Ok, so I took them. I also need a prism in my lens to a 5.5 correction. No problem. I got the scratch resistance and the transition lens. Total was $575. I was happy because it was half the price of my last pair of glasses two years ago. Second problem, was Over the next 10 days (thru Feb 28) I kept checking my order status online. I kept getting the response, order placed. Even though their literature and mr receipt said 7 to 10 days. I went to the Garden State Plaza location in New Jersey for clarification. I was told my order could not be filled because. The glasses prescription was beyond their ability to make. The maximum prism correction the are able to make is a 5, I received no email to that effect. Even though they said I did. I wasted a total of 12 days because they failed to inform me that they could not fill my prescription. I was giving them time and being patient however my eyes were watering I was getting dizzy and I had headaches because I had no glasses. Although I did drive I could not drive at night and it was very uncomfortable because the prism was to correct my double visionNow I have to start all over. I guess you get what you pay for or not pay for. No wonder they are losing money.

I love my warby parker glasses! Been going on two years of using them. I also go to their optometrist and it’s great. Only note is the case isn’t as sturdy and I’ve had to replace it a few times (they do this in store for free)

I’ve been wearing WP for 10+ years. Hard to try any other brands - it’s just too easy to try on at home, most affordable, and the styles are the cutest I’ve found.

It's all very expensive, but they have a good product and are very helpful. I don't think the price is entirely fair, because a lot of things can be bought elsewhere for much cheaper. The blue light coating seems to come off the glasses of you clean it with an ultrasonic cleaner which is disappointing. I like the variety of selection and available products though.

I've owned a pair of acetate frames from Warby for over two years. I tested them in store so don't have much comment on their online shopping experience, but from what I remember it was fairly straightforward given that I already had my prescription. The glasses have held up alright, but I have had to get them readjusted a few times. To their credit, they have so many locations that finding a store to get them fixed in hasn't been an issue across the three major cities I've lived in, and the experience is pretty good. Another issue I have is that the nose bridge isn't high enough for my nose, so the glasses do have a tendency to slip quite easily.
