Unfortunately I had to return a bunch of colored contact lenses because they were literally falling apart in my eyes. The customer service is superior. They took care of the issue right away. I had to send them a couple of photos, but they were very kind and resolve the issue.

I’ve been getting prescription glasses and sunglasses from Warby Parker for over 10 years and have never been disappointed. I love their quality and customer service.

This was my first pair of glasses! It was super easy to get my own eye prescription test done at a different location and upload the prescription to the Warby Parker Website. I was then able to apply this prescription to any of the frames that they had available. Love my glasses and am happy to wear them when I need to.

Sweet eyeglasses you can have sent to you in the mail for free and you get to test out up to five pairs at a time. Great styles.

Super quick service and easy to reimburse through my insurance. Love both the home try-on option and the online try-on feature because I knew exactly what to expect when my glasses arrived.

I have yet to purchase from Warby Parker but my daughter is hooked. While waiting for her to complete eye exam, I checked out the display of frames - and I will be purchasing my first pair Jan 2025! Can’t wait I’ve got 4 frames to choose from!

This is my first stop after a prescription for eyewear. If they do not get it right, for whatever reason, they back it up. I have brought in used scraped glasses after hiking and they replace within a year. Yes.

I have at least five pairs of WPs, and I am in love with all of them! They’re super comfortable, and the styles are so unique.

Warby Parker has such stylish frames. My favorite glasses of all time were the Butler frames in butterscotch tortoiseshell. However, both pairs of glasses I've bought have not fit my face correctly. I recently found out I have a low nose bridge so I bought the version of these frames specifically for that... The only difference was that the lenses were slightly smaller, they still fell off my face consistently. I also feel like the frames are overpriced compared to other online glasses sites. Overall, I wouldn't buy again but I wish this pattern was available elsewhere.

Been using this brand since 2016. Great quality glasses, and love that they offer styles for wide faces and low nose bridges! Affordable as well. I always use my annual insurance allowance for my contacts and pay out of pocket for my glasses.

Fresh styles and always helpful customer service. Have been wearing for years and the glasses hold up. Have even replaces smaller parts like screws and pads that needed adjusting for free

Used the app to test some glasses with the digital try on option. I’m lucky enough to have a store in my city so I popped in to do a physical try on for my top 2 choices. The virtual try on was as close to a physical try on as anything can be. Used the app to finish my order. Customer service was really helpful in getting my RX uploaded and keeping me informed of the process.

Glasses, while cute, seem to break within 1 year of purchase. Had a pair I had literally worn once, to try the Rx and make sure was correct, that I was cleaning a year later that snapped in half. No bueno.

I’ve always had difficulty in finding what suits my style and accentuates my features. WP’s try on at home was a god send, allowing me to test out several frames for the week. They were all comfortable and the website had a huge selection. If only I could get a pair to match every outfit.
