Decent quality glasses and easy to order process

Great experience in store and online. The staff is always helpful and is willing to let you know their honest opinion on what looks good on you. The glasses themselves are great quality. Everything comes in different varieties. It’s always hard finding glasses for my nonexistent nose bridge but they even have specifically made glasses for those with low bridges!

I went to a brick and mortar to get my eyes checked, and they really take care of you from start to finish. I wasn't sure what kind of frames I wanted and it was helpful to try on so many pairs. Their COVID protocol and sanitation was also top notch.

I'm a big fan of Warby Parker. I like their mission, their products, the customer experience, and customer support. I've used them for eye exams in person, and recently for the online eye exam. That was super cool, period, but especially helpful during the pandemic. Really innovative, really easy. Also, every time I shop in one of their stores, I feel like I always get knowledgeable help, info, and feedback.

I have three pairs of glasses from Warby Parker and love all of them! I especially love the in-store experience. They are so attentive and helpful! They'll even clean and adjust your glasses for free whenever you pop in. The glasses themselves are good quality and very worth the price (which is pretty reasonable)!

The site is easy to use and provides many options. I wear glasses daily but I like variety so the price is doable. It’s nice to be able to upload my prescription and test how the glasses will look (digitally or at home).

As someone who has worn glasses all of their life and has purchased a range of $$$ to $, Warby Parker is a great middle ground. Contemporary look/materials with good quality. Although keep in mind as they start to get more and more popular and open up more retail shops, you may encounter many more people with the same frames as you.

I love my Warby Parker glasses! I've needed glasses and contacts from a very young age, and I always hated the expensive, limited selection of glasses at my optometrist's office. When I discovered Warby's $99 (at the time) glasses that I could order online by simply uploading my prescription, I was ecstatic. I haven't looked back since!

Warby Parker is a cool eyewear brand with its quality and affordable price and has been selling good things for a while. I like their design that people can try on at home before purchase so that you can get what you need.

I've only used this company once, but the experience was up to par with what I'd expect. I usually get glasses from target optical, and this experience felt a little better from the browsing to the instore customer support. The "trade-in policy" if you change your mind was a nice peace of mind leaving the store. A very "as expected" experience over all, no complaints

I wear glasses everyday and have been using the same pair of warby parker glasses for almost 3 years now. They have held up so well I haven't even noticed how long I've had them. Now that my prescription hasn't changed in a couple of years, I think I'll invest in a few more stylish pairs that I know will last me forever.
