I love how easy it is to order from Warby Parker and try the glasses on at home. I’ve ordered several times, so I have kind of learned which frames look best on my face. Shipping is always very fast. There’s also sunglasses clip ons for a few of their styles!

Great customer service and great frames. My in store order experience was fantastic as my sales associate was able to explain terms I had misunderstandings about and would’ve ordered the wrong thing. Shipping was prompt and went directly to my house.

Excellent selection of glasses frames and I like supporting their mission as well. I’ve bought my last 3 pairs of glasses from them! I’ve always had great customer service - at all locations (Newport Beach, San Antonio, Phoenix). Optometrists are friendly and knowledgeable. I always recommend them as an option.

Love Warby Parker. Their glasses are so affordable but still look really chic. It's really easy to make an eye exam appointment and even the exam price is reasonable (least expensive I've found in my area). Loved the experience from start to finish.

High quality glasses that are very affordable. Not only that but the frame price includes the Rx. Also, of your feeling jazzy get the same pair in sunglasses form. Just all around great company and amazing customer service.

I’ve been wearing Warby Parker prescription glasses for over three years now and cannot recommend them more. I love everything about the company from the filters available on the app, the free try-on system, and the ordering process to the in-person customer service. I’ve been to various locations in New York and even Boston, and am never disappointed by the availability of assistance. I recommended the company to my sister and she wears them daily!

I'm a longtime, faithful Warby Parker customer, and the reason for that is simple: Warby Parker consistently pairs the highest-quality products with the highest-quality service, all at a reasonable price. For context, I've had eye exams with their optometrists at least three times — each with a different optometrist at a different retail location — and I've never left less than thrilled with how thorough, friendly, and attentive everyone on staff was. I've taken advantage of their free adjustments and six-month warranty for lens scratches, and every interaction has been not only painless but pleasant. I'm happy to say that my last three pairs of glasses have been Warby Parkers, and my next ones will be, too.

I love that I can get trendy and fun glasses, in addition to prescription sunglasses, really reasonable compared to LenCrafters and other boutique eye glasses shops attached to optometrist's offices. Also, very easy to pay with my HSA card and apply my vision insurance to my glasses. I got my first pair around 2017 and since then have gotten 4 pairs of glasses and a pair of sunglasses. This past December, I was able to schedule an appointment with an optometrist at the Warby Parker store near me. It was so easy! I had my appointment, my prescription was entered into my Warby account, I went next door to the showroom, chose frames and my new glasses were in my mailbox three days later! They had put a rush at no charge for me since it was the week before Christmas and I was going to be leaving to visit family out of state that weekend. Excellent customer service, excellent quality and excellent selection. I have taken my glasses back over the years to adjust when they start sliding down my nose.

I was impressed with these people when I first got my glasses, I had several issues in the beginning, a scratch, a lens implosion, etc. They happily remade my glasses several times. In the last few months, I have noticed that they do not clean up well and I use the Zeiss microscope wipes, so I am not using cheap cleaning supplies. I took them back to both the Short Pump location and the Charlottesville location. These people told me I needed to use their cleaning supplies and proceeded to show how well they worked. When they handed my glasses back after cleaning with their solution, they were still streaked. I paid $350 for a pair of glasses that I can see out of, not ones that are streaked because the coatings they use start to cause an issue. I am 5 months out from my original order, but after the problems I had in the beginning I was hoping they could figure out a fix for this issue. All they could tell me was it was a lost cause and I have to deal with the issue for 6 more months, then I could come back and get another pair. I WILL NOT be returning to this business. I will go to Lenscrafters like I should have done to begin with, at least I get something I can see out of, not ones that are streaked and they tell me sorry, we got your money but we can't do anything for you, you will just have to deal with the issue. Is this good business? I didn't even want a refund, all I wanted was the issue fixed. They apparently can't even be bothered to do that. I included pictures of the streaks I am speaking of, this after using about 4 Zeiss wipes to clean them.

I have never had a more streamlined experience picking out frames. Fran the optician helped both my husband and I with our frames . Then when there was a problem with my prescription THEY called my doctor and made new glasses at no charge. The prices cannot be beat either! Warby Parker is incredibly easy to use. I love that they send you 5 pairs of glasses to try on for free, you never have to even go into the store. Although, I am lucky to live next to a storefront, so I also enjoy going in person and trying on more than 5 at a time. They have an extensive variety of sunglasses and regular eye glasses to chose from. I have personally purchased one pair of sunglasses and two pairs of regular glasses. The glasses come with all enhancements at one low price (such as anti scratch, anti glare, and polarized lenses for sunglasses). They are pretty quick at shipping the glasses as well! Will use again!

I had a great experience with Warby Parker. From uploading prescriptions to trying on frames and committing to a pair, every step of the way was easy. Not to mention, customer service was incredibly kind and helpful. I love my frames and I wear them every day!

I’ve been wearing WP for at least 10 years, and I keep buying more. I love the style, the price and that they giveback.

I have purchased all of my glasses from Warby Parker over the past few years. I find that their frames look really good on my face and I am always able to find something that I like when I am looking for a new pair of glasses. Plus, they seem to stand the test of time when it comes to style. The only reason that I gave a 4/5 is that a lot of my friends struggle to find frames that they like from this brand.

The first time I used WarbyParker was plenty of years ago and I did the try on box that was delivered to your home. So far I have two pairs of Warby Parker glasses and I am absolutely obsessed with them. I don’t have eye insurance so I used their app to get my prescription renewed when I bought my second pair of glasses which was extremely convenient. Whoever is in charge of their branding, and marketing, deserves a raise because they are doing such a great job of meeting the needs of their target market.
