Warby Parker makes a good product, but seems to be struggling to stand out against the numerous affordable online glasses companies that are popping up. While Warby Parker still offers a variety of sleek frame options ranging in price points, if you’re a buyer looking for affordable yet attractive glasses (which seems to be Warby’s primary audience), there are cheaper online companies that offer more creative frame options.

High quality and love that they have physical stores, great return policy and so many options. But you pay for all that, it’s a bit pricey.

Great styles, great service and a great price point! I have been a Warby Parker client for almost 10 years now and I continue to love them!

In my search for cute, affordable glasses, I found Warby Parker & its awesome collection of cat-eye frames! Prescription pairs are super affordable and covered by most insurance companies. (Don't forget to submit your reimbursement forms ppl!) I have been a loyal customer/wearer for the past decade and prefer their try-on/purchase experience in-store versus buying glasses at my local optician's office. Frames are comfortable, colorful, and stylish, with new styles and colorways coming out every year to keep your eyewear selection fresh.

Great pricing model, and unique-looking frames. The only thing I wish they would do is to have some kind of return program where you bring in the pairs of glasses you don't wear anymore and donate them or give you a small credit towards a new pair. I have like 5 pairs that are just collecting dust.

Warby Parker is a great option for cute but affordable glasses. It was super easy purchasing a pair and the variety they have is really nice.

I get glasses from this brand every few years when it’s time to get new frames. I live in NY so it’s easy to visit a store if I need anything fixed with my glasses, they’ve fixed my glasses for free. I also love that their pricing is affordable and they offer try-at-home boxes. Also! Their contacts tend to be cheaper than most other websites.

There’s no denying that Warby Parker makes it easy to get glasses at an affordable price. I wear contacts every day and glasses are primarily an at home thing, so they’re perfect for that use case. I do think if I was wearing glasses out every day and only had a pair or two, I would look elsewhere for higher quality product. The frames and lenses often feel a bit cheap. Customer Service and ease of use are just so great.

Such a great brand, online and IRL. The customer service and what they stand for is wonderful, and the selection is very broad (in a good way).

The best!! WP has an amazing selection of frames and their customer service is unmatched. Knew a friend who found some WP sunglasses at a thrift store, and the WP team adjusted them for free!!! Love love love this company.

this is tough cause i like the brand and have gotten two pairs of eyeglasses here but sometimes i worry how effective their eye exams are. they don’t seem to be as thorough as when you regularly go to an optometrist. but in regards to the frames they have really stylish offerings. i bought the ezra frames in gold maybe 3 years ago now and they’re still holding up but they’ve always felt extremely fragile. but one thing i will say is i’m obsessed with the virtual try ons and the 5 frame samples you can do!!

Fantastic glasses! The at-home try-on was really convenient, and I was able to narrow my try-on options down using their online visualizer. Found my favorite pair of glasses ever, big fan of Warby Parker!

Always a quick and easy experience with Warby Parker. I used to buy my glasses from Costco or from other websites like Firmoo. I appreciate that Warby Parker sells cute and stylish frames for a fair price point. Glasses shopping used to be very difficult because most styles didn’t look flattering on me. Being southeast Asian, I like that they have glasses specifically for low nose bridges. They really do look and feel great. Another huge selling factor was that WP offers polycarbonate lens as its standard lens at no additional cost which is extremely clutch considering the resistance and how expensive it is as an add-on at other retailers.

Great sunglasses. I've had a pair for years and when they got scratched, the store replaced them at no charge. Great customer service
