These glasses and sunglasses are so wonderful. The products feel super high quality and luxurious. I love that they offer chic eyewear at an affordable price. My husband loves this brand as well. Great for all ages and both men and women.

Looking at these glasses looking at the picture of these glasses once again, I do not have this product but I am doing a review on it because I think this product looks pretty awesome and the classes will help other people that need them and yeah

Big fan! Wearing them right now. I tried them on in-store on a whim and ended up ordering the glasses to my house. They came quickly and were very nice. They didn’t fit super well but I took them to a local glasses place where they adjusted them to my face. I got the clip on sunglasses to go with them and love them! Would totally buy glasses from here again. They also told me that if my prescription changes within 6 months they’d be able to swap the lenses out for free.

Warby Parker's customer service is so fantastic; I'm considering naming my firstborn after their support team. When I popped in to have my glasses tightened, they had they fixed up faster than I can say, "Is it just me, or do these frames make me look like a genius?" It's like having a personal team of eyewear experts on standby, ready to tackle any optical emergency with humor and grace. Forget 20/20 vision; Warby Parker gives you 20/20 laughs and satisfaction. If their glasses don't make you see better, their customer service will definitely make you see the lighter side of life. Move over, therapy; Warby Parker's support team is the new counselor in town.

I have loved Warby Parker since the brand launched. My husband and I both get our glasses from WP. The home try on kit was ingenious and so helpful to try on glasses at home (rather than for a few minutes at the doctor’s office). We now go to the store (we live in SF) and it’s great to see the whole lineup and be able to talk to staff in glasses types.

Glasses quality is a bit cheap. Flimsy plastic frames at in store prices. The try at home feature is the saving grace but the glasses feel no different the Zenni at more than double the price. I think they need to either provide a more premium frame or bring the frame+lense pricing down into a discount tier. Maybe charge shipping for glasses trials to offset whatever the cost to the model is that would allow a better product.

I love my Warby Parker glasses! They’re wire frame but have not broken even with my laying down and sleeping in them! I’ve even stepped on them and dropped them. The app and website are super easy to use. The cost is a bit high but seeing how well these glasses have done, I can say the price is worth it. I wish there were more brick and mortar locations for adjustments.

I have gotten glasses every year for the past 3 years and I always love the stylish looks WB has and also the quality. I can't even tell you how easy it is to try on, order and get money back from insurance. LOVE LOVE LOVE!

Love my blue light glasses from Warby Parker. The eye exam was super simple and it’s great to be able to customize your glasses prescription, frame and then add blue light. Super helpful when working long days staring at a computer

Love the Customer Service and support that they provide

The concept is really amazing, my only issue and why I didn't give 5 stars is that the glasses I choose to have shipped to me were all too wide, and I had spent a while on the website picking them out based on how they not only read in the description but how they looked on the model. I even went to the store front here in Austin, TX and I had the same issue. My head isn't particularly small but every pair I tried on seemed so wide. Either way, I do love that you can try them on at home, and the website is so easy to navigate.

stylish and good solid glasses

On my fouth pair of Warby Parker's. Feels less painful when you need a new prescription or simply want a new style to phase out old glasses and purchase new because of great price point. Fantastic customer service, too.
