Warby Parker earns strong reviews for stylish, flattering frames, an effortless buying experience (virtual and Home Try‑On), and consistently helpful in‑store service and adjustments. • It’s been awhile since I’ve worn glasses but I loved getting mine here years ago and I might go back for blueblockers now that I’ve had lasik to correct my vision.

  • I purchased sunglasses with a prescription from Warby Parker. The staff in the store was super helpful with helping me pick out the frames and ordering them for me. I love how the glasses look and they are super comfortable.

  • My fiance and I have been wearing warby parker glasses for over 7 years. Love the designs and price point. They make it super easy to shop for glasses that fit my face -- personally love how they describe the fit and intended face size (e.g., narrow vs wide) as this helps narrow down frames that will look best on my face. I prefer shopping in-store, but my fiance had a great experience with at home try-ons during the pandemic. The at-home try on AI is so cool, too!

  • obsessed with their glasses! love how easy the process was in store and being able to swap out lenses when my prescription changed.

  • I really love this brand. They are helpful in store and or online. I honestly don’t know how people can buy glasses with out trying them on first!

  • I had a really negative Warby Parker experience so I have steered clear since. Funny thing is that I’m up for a new pair of glasses and I actually thought about Warby the other day because they do have great styles. Basically what happened was I got my prescription glasses back from them and they didn’t do a good job of cutting the lenses. I could hardly see through the glasses. I took them back to ask them to please fix them and they told me it was the correct prescription and would not do anything about it. I then went to LensCrafters who took a look and explained that the lenses were warped. Warby still would not fix the situation so I’ve taken my business elsewhere. Also, it took over a week for me to receive my Warby glasses when I did and got a new pair that worked perfect same day at LensCrafters.

  • My go to for super cool and affordable prescription glasses. I get bored quickly and they make it so easy and simple to change up my look. I have been using them for years and I have never had a bad experience in store or online. Excellent service, fast shipping, amazing quality of glasses. You just can’t go wrong with Warby Parker.

  • They are a disruptor in the glasses industry for sure! I love their products and they make sunglasses and glasses that last a very long time and are high-quality and look really good. Their customer service is also amazing!!

  • Love their mission in challenging the corporate behemoth that is Luxottica, and the quality and variety of their glasses I have seen is superb. Unfortunately, they accept a narrow sliver of vision insurances, which makes patronizing them difficult. As someone with VSP, I would greatly appreciate if they could expand the panoply of accepted insurances so that I can break out of the Luxottica umbrella.

  • Warby Parker offers a really seamless user experience online, and I love the look of their retail stores. However, I’ve found that the quality of their glasses doesn’t stand up to options that are pricier.

  • I love the Warby Parker experience. It was really helpful being able to virtually try on some frames and there are many options in various price ranges. The option to try some on at home before purchase is great too, although I stuck with virtual try on. I have had my frames for years and have not been super careful with them. However, they've held strong and still look brand new!

  • Exactly product and business model. Customer service is top notch. Buying glasses sued to feel daunting but not with Warby Parker.

  • I LOVE Warby Parker frames and have worn them for 6+ years, even repurchasing the exact same frames 2x! Their at home try on process is a breeze, but its worthwhile to go in person to a store if you're near one. I've recommended this to several friends> I also think the brand seems super premium so I think the pretty reasonable price was a surprise, I'd have expected ~$350 range for frames but in reality the price is much less.

  • Great selection at reasonable prices. It was so easy to pick out and return.

  • I went to a brick and mortar store in Murray, UT. I needed a new prescription and glasses. They were able to get me in that day for an appointment with their doctor. The appointment was fast and easy. I picked out some glasses in their store (they had a lot of options and the associates were very friendly and helpful). The glasses came in pretty quick as well. A few months later, my child accidentally bent them to be too far apart, but I went in and they fixed them pretty quickly.

  • I like being able to buy the same frame in different colors, and the on-site appointments have been very convenient.

  • In a world where everything is getting so expensive, Warby Parker continues to surprise and delight with their extremely high quality and shockingly approachable price point. I have only purchased warby parker eyeglasses in the 8 years since my first pair. Customer for life.
