Warby Parker earns strong reviews for stylish, flattering frames, an effortless buying experience (virtual and Home Try‑On), and consistently helpful in‑store service and adjustments. Reviews also flag recurring weaknesses: lenses that smudge and scratch easily, frames that loosen or feel flimsy, limited fit/size variety (especially narrow, wide, and low-bridge), and occasional prescription or complex-Rx fulfillment issues—plus some durability concerns and mixed feedback on Scout contacts.

i've tried two pairs and unfortunately both have been disappointing. my first pair fit funky and broke and my second, to this day, will not take to tightening the screws rendering them stretched and unwearable (both are acetate frames if that affects things). i'm a life-long glasses wearer and have had many pairs in my lifetime and these were unfortunately some of my least favorite.
I have gotten my last five pairs of glasses at Warby and not only is the customer service amazing, but there’s just something so timeless about their products. And the high quality of the products means my prescription changes before the glasses ever break.

I can't believe what a good value these glasses are. I've fallen asleep with my glasses on so many times and the frames have never shown any signs of wear. I've had the frames since 2016 and they're still holding up very well.

Lowkey, I think this company made my vision a bit worse. Almost everyone I know has gotten their prescription glasses back and they are always off. I'm not sure if the way they are pressing the lense material or what, but I tend to stay away from this company now. Their frames are cute and I think it's really all about the convenience when it comes to this brand. They have figured out how to make buying glasses fun and easy, now they just have to perfect their lense crafting. P.S. BLUE LIGHT BLOCKERS DON'T WORK. With simple Google, bing, or whatever search engine you use, you can see that there are multiple studies done that show blue light blockers are a gimmick and we have not yet figured out a way to protect eyes from such light.
My Warby Parker glasses have lasted me at least 5 years now! I love how they are constantly coming out with new styles!
They’re super easy to work with and their glasses are so stylish

Where I get all my glasses. Their home try-one were super convenient back in the day but now it’s limited to certain styles which is lame. The last time I went into their store in Pasadena they tried to upsell me on a bunch of stuff like having the lenses be a normal thiccness so now I have some bifocal looking Jeffrey dahmer glasses which is fine I guess.
easiest way to get new frames and great prices. and every employee i've interacted with has been wonderful. sometimes I just wish they had a larger or cooler selection.
riquisimo recomendado 100%
Easy to order, with reasonable pricing. Being able to (virtually) try them on is HUGE. And then narrow down the ones you like and try them on for real at home, is just a great system. So convenient and easy.
Really enjoy the selection of stylish and affordable frames at Warby Parker. I remember having a single pair of glasses and wearing them everyday until they actually broke, but with Warby Parker, I’m lucky enough to be able to have a few different pairs for different outfits. The glasses are sturdy and comfortable to wear (especially cool that they have low-bridge styles) and I love the unique colors and frames. The customer service in the stores is just amazing; everyone is so attentive and friendly. They really hire the best people! One thing I noticed is that a lot of WP styles are pretty narrow for my average-sized head. If they’re narrow on me, they would be pretty tight on people with larger faces, so I would appreciate broadening the range to have even more wider-frame styles. Overall a great brand with an altruistic mission as well.
Very easy to use. Can virtually try on glasses or try on at home. Customer service is also great and you can get your glasses adjusted in store as well.
I love my colorblock tea sunglasses however the arms on them are very short making it hard to wear on top of my head I also wish they had more options with nose pieces or different nose bridges
Both my husband and myself have multiple frames from Warby Parker and we adore them. They are such good quality and have held up so well. We will be longtime customers when we need new frames!
Surprisingly affordable frames for their traditional, plastic ones. Really easy and innovative app format to try on glasses at home and easy to upload a prescription! Plus, the box they come in is really nice and they save your prescription.
I bought Warby Parker glasses during the pandemic, and I'll never go back to shopping at the eye doctor. They're cute and affordable - what else is there to say about glasses?
I've had mixed experiences with Warby - I have some pairs of Rx glasses that I love that I purchased in store, but I had a bad experience ordering Rx sunglasses online. They were too large for my face, so I brought them in to a store to have fitted. They still weren't fitting me, and the store rep said it was the frames themselves rather than an adjustment they could make. I'm not sure what the case was, but it was an expensive error to order online.
i ordered a pair of glasses and the first pair i tried didn’t work out but with their nice customer service, i was able to find one that worked for me and for the price point, they’re great and have been good quality for someone who wears contacts daily but glasses at home
super affordable and stylish frames. Great customer service too.
the actual experience of trying + buying their glasses is very nice and smooth, but i feel the designs of the glasses themselves can look a bit old-fashioned (though maybe that is the desired vibe!)
