Warby Parker reviews and discussion

I've been using Warby Parker for years and they are the only place I buy glasses from. While a lot of other brands have also appeared in the DTC "buy glasses online for cheaper than the optometrist" space, I've been hesitant to take the plunge. I trust Warby Parker's quality, I think the styles are very aesthetically appealing, and the app is VERY easy to use.

I got my first pair of Warby Parker frames a few years ago and I really like them! As someone who has been wearing glasses for most of their life, it's always been a struggle to find stylish frames that don't cost a pretty penny. The frames I have currently are by far the least expensive I've ever had and were so easy to choose. I really liked that I could order a few frames to try on at home before I decided which ones I wanted. The only problem I've had is that the screws come loose quite often, but they can be tightened with an eyeglass screwdriver.

This brand is so easy to purchase from and has amazing customer service. I have owned two pairs of glasses from them and I would repurchase a new pair if needed from them as well.

Warby Parker is amazing! I did the try at home kit before ordering a pair of prescription glasses, and I loved being able to try on glasses at home without the hassle of going to a glasses store. Ordering my prescription glasses after was super easy and they were made really quickly, without compromising quality.

Wonderful glasses if you have a low bridge. Happy that you can try them on before committing to a full purchase.

These glasses are so overpriced. There are tons of other store that do the same thing cheaper. Glasses overall do not cost much to make so paying these prices is ridiculous. Plus, none of their glasses except the mens fit my face so it’s not a store for me.

I have multiple pairs of glasses from them and had a great time choosing from their vast selection. For what you pay, it’s as high quality as other brands at glasses stores. The try at home option is great, but if you have a store around you it’s super nice to be able to try on all the colors and styles you want. The turnaround is usually quick as well, so you aren’t waiting too long (but still a week)

I purchased prescription glasses through their app and had them fitted in-store. The AR virtual try-on experience ended up being super fun and accurate, and the fitting process was quick, easy, and free! The styles offered are also great if you like trendy glasses.

I've shopped both in-store and online, customer service is great across the board. I like all the different style offerings and the price point.

I love Warby Parker because it is affordable and stylish. They have a great selection of frames but stay to a limited range which I prefer (less overwhelming!).

Look and feel are great. Customer service is responsive and fast. Their stores are well managed by their in-person teams. Collectively, I think they have melded fashion and practicability well.

I've long been a supporter of Warby Parker and their brick and mortar retail stores. They always have the most updated and progressive looks in frames while still remaining affordable. I have a very high prescription that necessitates 1.74 high index lenses and it doesn't cost me an arm and a leg to these lenses made for my frame like it does at other retailers like Lenscrafters. The customer service representatives are always so knowledgeable and help me decide which frame style is best both for my face and for the ultra high-index lenses I am getting so I can get the best vision without compromising on fashion.

Been wearing their glasses for 8+ years and still obsessed with them! They're stylish, durable, comfortable, and most importantly, affordable. Super fast shipping and great customer service if anything goes wrong. Plus, if you ever have an issue with them (need a cleaning, tightening, etc.) you can take them in to any Warby Parker store and they'll get you all fixed up right there.

The glasses I have are high quality, and I really liked the online shop testing option as well as the in person store experience. They've now discontinued my favorite glasses (RIP Eugene), but I am not opposed to ordering new ones. Easy and fast shipping, and much cheaper than ordering through the optometrist.
