The Insolia Classic Weight-Shifting Insoles are a godsend they are very sturdy but soft and flexible. I've worn these Vivian lou insoles with heeled boots even though they are made for high heels. They work fine for both types of shoes that I've tried. They even have insoles flat shoes and athletic shoes. It's a must try. The only downside is the price they are a little pricey for just one pair of insoles.
