Vital Red Light

I ordered vital red light therapy pro on 05/20/24. I received a confirmation from them. As of today, 6/20/24, I have not received it. I sent several emails to support@ vitalredlight and also left several voicemails. NO RESPONSE! Has anyone experience this with this company? If yes, can you please tell me what you did? UPDATE 09/19/24….I am happy to say that I have received my Vital Red Light product. Thank you Andrew for making this happen. After I have had some usage on it, I will report back. At this time, the machine is very nice, solid and easy to use. It was packaged very well.

I’ve been using Vital Red Light’s Pro Light for about three weeks now and so far I have been very impressed. The equipment is high-quality, sturdy, and extremely quiet. The unit does not overheat and it’s cool to the touch. The light is FDA-approved as well, an important factor in choosing red lights. I bought this for my skincare and therapeutic benefits, so I’m hopeful to see the benefits in the next 6-8 weeks. I did have a delay in shipping but Customer Service was quick to respond and took care of the issue with an additional refund.
