PLEASE READ: I’m not their first victim, and I won’t be the last. I was charged again a year after I thought I had cancelled my subscription. Customer service claimed they sent a reminder before reactivating it and refused to cancel the order or offer a full refund. I never received the email and even if I had, it was just a vague notice that they'd process the order in 24 hours. If you miss that email on the day, you're out of luck. They were not able to show me the sent reminder email, or reforward the email, but sent me a dodgy "transaction email delivered" screenshot that tells me nothing. The IP address listed doesn't even match my router. In addition, there's no way to remove your saved payment method through the website or app, and the cancellation process is deliberately confusing and full of friction. Even after re-cancelling the subscription, there's no confirmation email so nothing is stopping them from reactivating your account in future claiming you didn't cancel properly, and you will have no proof to protect yourself. Vitable is clearly designed to keep charging unsuspecting customers. I had to cancel my credit card to protect myself from future charges. The resolution? They kept 75% of my payment, didn’t send the order, and gave me a 25% refund. Their business model is built on deception. Avoid at all costs.
