Viledge was created in 2020 to restore some of the workday interactions that made it easier for us to feel connected, acknowledged, and appreciated. Fostering a strong sense of community is hard to do behind separate screens, in different zip codes. Our mindfully-curated, themed boxes are packed with a variety of goodies from Black-owned businesses, each surrounding a group activity. Whether it’s onboarding new team members, brainstorming big ideas, or sharing each other’s cultural holidays, there’s always a reason to do something together.
