Versed earns largely positive reviews for effective staples like the Day Dissolve Cleansing Balm, Doctor’s Visit/Instant Resurfacing Mask, Dew Point gel cream, and gentle retinol formulas, which many report as non‑irritating and smoothing. Reviews also flag inconsistencies: some serums feel mediocre, SPF can be thick with a cast or paint‑like smell, certain cleansers’ scent off‑putting, eye gel’s rollerball unhygienic, and occasional packaging issues—making the brand hit‑or‑miss but compelling for sensitive‑skin‑friendly basics.
AI summary based on Thingtesting reviews
My favourite product I've tried from the brand is the Day Dissolve Cleansing Balm. It feels nourishing to put on and it removes makeup in the first wash, whereas other cleansers and even makeup removers I've used can take a few applications to really get everything off.

I tried a few of the other products like the Stroke of Brilliance serum which I didn't find as impressive as the cleansing balm.

Love Versed. I have their glow drops which are just okay, but add a nice little shimmer to my foundation. I use their retinol body moisturizer right now and it's non greasy which is huge. Also using their retinol under eye balm. Too soon to see if the retinol is working it's magic but so far their products are not irritating my normally reactive, dry and sensitive skin.
I love the cleansing balm from this brand -- has a fresh, spa-like eucalyptus scent and removes all of my eye make up before I double cleanse with more typical face wash. Have also tried their dark spot remover and also their nighttime gel mask, but neither of those had remarkable enough results to mention here. Also recently purchased their tinted mineral sunscreen and am pleased with that product as well.

Great price point if you're looking for accessible skincare basics!
Fun products that have great packaging. Love the products also.

I think the marketing for this product should be greater. I think more people should know about this brand.

Simple, effective products at a great price point. Their Dew Point moisturizer is a solid lightweight gel cream with a minimalistic ingredient list, perfect for sensitive skin girlies like me!
I tried their serums and love the way the packaging looks in my bathroom!

Good price point but not a life-changing product in my experience.
I really like versed skin care. I have tried the glow drops and acne control body spray. The glow drops are lovely to add into moisturizer or with foundation to make your skin glow. They were pretty inexpensive and seem to last a long time. The body spray was nice to use before the gym to prevent bacne from sweat. I like that the bottle worked from any angle and had a continuous spray. It seemed to run out quickly but also inexpensive so not a big deal.
Such a great affordable skincare brand that has products for every skin type for anyone at any age. I have tried multiple skincare products and loved each one without fail. They are also high accessible. I get excited every time they launch a new product. Here are some that’s ive tried : Wash it out gel cleaner: super gentle and non drying facial cleanser. It has ceramides to help strengthen the skin barrier. It doesn’t sting or irritate my skin. It’s a great no fuss cleanser. Dew Point Gel Cream : It’s very lightweight with a jelly like texture and scentless. It takes about a minute or two to really sink in and for the initial tacky feeling to disappear. It keeps my dry skin patches moisturized and my oily T zone hydrated without making me greasy by the end of the day. Baby Cheeks Toner: Great simple hydrating toner. It is alcohol free, fragrance free and essential oil free. Feels good on the skin and helps bring back some hydration after cleansing. It layers well and doesn’t clog my pores.
I love these products so far. I have the retinol, acne spot treatment, face wash, and makeup remover balm. The products work well and are priced really reasonably. My favorite product is their retinol. It's a great one for beginners and I have just subscribed to the shipment so that I never run out.

Their shipping times were a little slow so keep that in mind when ordering directly from their site. I wish they had more products on Amazon.

The “Vacation Eyes Brightening Eye Gel” by Versed stands out with its clean, vegan formula and affordable price. Its gel texture makes it super easy to apply and feels refreshing around the eyes. I’ve been using it for about two weeks now, mostly in the mornings, and it really helps reduce puffiness and tired appearance. I also noticed a slight brightening effect under my eyes, and it works well under makeup without leaving a greasy residue. No irritation so far, which shows how gentle the ingredients are. The only downside is that it takes a bit of time to see visible results, so you’ll need a little patience. But overall, it’s a great product for the price!

The Versed Doctor’s visit resurfacing mask was very hyped up so I was excited to test it. While I really enjoyed the immediate after effect of the mask since it made my skin feel like I shed a layer, unfortunately it did not have long lasting effects. I was dissappointed it did not help my acne very much.

I’ve tried the Versed lip oil and I loved it. It keeps my lips smooth and soft. There is a light pink tint but you barely see it on the lips which I like. I do wish that it didn’t dry on my lips that fast but I don’t mind reapplying when I need it.

Versed has a great variety of skincare and beauty products. My personal favorite is their lip oil. This product is very small but it has a huge impact on my makeup routine.

These products are great quality. A little pricy but a little goes a long way. Definitely worth the investment.

Pray you don't have to go through their poor customer service. I placed an order, and within 2 hours of that order, I noticed a 15% promo code for first-time orders that I didn't apply. I contacted customer service immediately to apply the discount that I qualified for. Someone by the name of Samantha got back to me the next morning. I asked her if it'd be possible to apply that first-time discount to my order and, if it couldn't be applied, to cancel my order entirely. She proceeded to lie to me and told me the discount could not be applied to my order because I had a bundle in my order. I knew she lied because I was able to order the exact same items & bundle with the discount applied. Then I asked again that my order be canceled entirely so I could reorder with the discount. Samantha told me that it couldn't be done as the order was " too far along in processing." It was ordered less than 24 hours ago and I hadn't received any shipping confirmation. Then when I asked to speak to another customer service rep, she refused that too. Why have discount codes if you refuse to honor and lie to customers about them? Now they are going to waste resources sending the product that I am going to send back Honestly, such an unethical experience means I will avoid ordering from their website again. I may go on to repurchase from Target, but this company has lost some of my trust after this.

Ordered the gentle retinol lotion, and was very excited to try it! It never arrived. Corresponded back and forth for over a month. Final email stated it was my responsibility to go to the USPS to figure out where my product was. I happily paid the $7.99 shipping. I was not about to go find an order that was not even guaranteed to be at the post office. I asked for a refund, and was ghosted. Should have just gone to the less than mile away Target to get the product cheaper and no shipping fee. Very disappointed in the customer service.

Except for their Instant Resurfacing Mask, all their products contain high-risk ingredients such as Phenoxyethanol primarily used as a preservative that has toxic effects on blood and the liver. Moreover, they are also known to have effects on hormones and fertility. They also contain C13-14 Isoparaffin which is a Cancerogenic. C13-14 Isoparaffin is a mineral oil that contains residues such as MOAHs and MOSHs that promote the development of cancer and damage DNA. The two residues are unfortunately present in half of all tested cosmetic products. After 2 years of religiously using Versed products, I will sadly be discontinuing :'(
