    Update is interesting because it’s more of an alternative caffeine energy drink. The flavor was okay. I did like the low calorie content and no sugar part. It did give me energy without the jitters. I would be open to trying it again.

    Sparkling energy drink without caffeine from tea or coffee. 300 mg of Paraxanthine is the replacement and it cuts out the jitters. Update Berry gives you energy through ingredients like L-theanine, B-Vitamins and vitamin c for best absorption.

    While I find Update’s product unique and interesting, with their utilization of paraxanthine rather than caffeine, I can’t say I enjoyed it otherwise. On the plus side, I didn’t feel jittery or over-caffeinated. But the biggest downside for this product was the taste. The lime flavor was very weak, and was quickly overtaken by the taste of sweetener which made the drink almost unbearable.

    These give me a nice steady boost without the crash and I appreciate the clean ingredients. The flavors are refreshing though I wish there were more options since I go through them quickly.
