Ordered three pairs of shoes -- a mule, a short boot and a shoe -- and the sizing was fairly inconsistent. Shoe was large, mule was small and narrow, and the boot was just right. Boots can be forgiving on sizing issues tho. The leather on the foot bed of the mule was poorly glued down, which coupled with the small size made for the biggest disappointment. I love the boot though. It's tough to recommend the brand with the inconsistency, but their customer service is fine so maybe take the gamble.
