Solid California Brut NV sparkling wine with nice bubbles and taste. I had it accompanying a charcuterie plate, and while my wife wasn't too impressed, I really liked it. Some nice bright flavors, with a touch of brioche (at least for me) on the back end. My only complaint was that the tasting notes were very vague ("... versatile wine made with 100% classic champagne grape varietals ... sourced from sustainable vineyards across the Central Coast of California.") As a bit of a wine snob, I would have liked a bit more specificity as to the grapes and vineyard locations. Unfortunately, the store where I purchased it was already getting ready to discontinue carrying it, so not sure if I'll be able to find it again in my area. If you can find it at a decent price, however, I would recommend at least trying it.
