Be careful: all the exchanges (say, if you made a mistake with sizing) are not free, each time you need to pay another $12 for the shipping!
Though the garment is not bad, will never buy again. Getting the right size turns to be VERY expensive process.

Love the customer service! My mail never arrived, it's clearly USPS' fault and not them. I contacted CS about my issues and at the same time placed another order hoping this will reach me safely - I'm just curious on the quality and fit. They're kind enough to give me a refund! I'll def come back for more.

Put an order in December 15 , received an email it would be 4 days late. IT’s December 27 still haven’t received my order. The customer service person is unable to give any help at all because she says they’re all on vacation. Ok people if you’re in retail you better make sure your orders ship. If it’s weather related, then tell your customers with an update. Communicate communicate communicate. Not ok, leaving on a trip and have to now make other arrangements. 😣 

The fabric is soft and the style may work for some people, but the idea that this bra works for larger breasts is absurd. It’s disappointing that they advertise that it works for large breasts - it doesn’t. The fabric rolls up underneath and it’s hot. 

The bralettes are comfy but stretch and ride up very quickly. Definitely not for folks who need a ton of support.
