Ordered during their closing sale and was concerned about a change of address so I reached out via email. I was assured that my products would ship within 3 weeks and at the end of that time frame I got a cancellation notice that they had "run out of time" and I would not be receiving my products while people who ordered around the same time were all getting shipping notifications. This was the first thing I had bought for myself in three years after spending all this time caretaking for my father who passed in March. In the last year I lost my brother, my uncle and father...all I wanted was this one thing and this company disappointed me. They couldn't even live up to their own promises. What a joke.
