I’ve had my Ultrahuman ring for a few months now. I originally got it because I wanted to track my sleep. I also liked that it could predict your cycle, as mine is also inconsistent due to PCOS. I went with this brand over oura and ringconn because I liked their mission and that there was no subscription. However, the sleep tracking is really not great at all. The cycle tracking is nice and has been pretty accurate after a few months, but they have been coming out with more and more subscriptions for different power plugs. It also scratches very easily.

I love my rings. I love how it tracks all my health scores in one place and that i get to wear it like a beautiful piece of jewelry that’s nondescript. It tracks sleep, stress, steps, cycle and many other stats. For the price i believe that it is a worthwhile purchase if you want to monitor your health more then your fitness. It tracks your workouts as well but it’s not visible on your rest like a watch. I find my ring very comfortable and it doesn’t bother me throughout the day. My only complaint is the sizing. I would benefit from half sizes as my fingers are very tiny but I don’t want to jump down a full size as then it would always be to tight, especially as my fingers swell daily in Florida.
