Finding a mineral sunscreen that doesn't leave a heavy white cast or feel chalky is tough, and Future Screen does a better job than most. The formula feels lightweight for a mineral SPF, blends more easily than I expected, and doesn't dry my skin out throughout the day. It also sits nicely under makeup, which isn't something I can say about many mineral sunscreens. That said, I didn't fall in love with it quite as much as I expected to. While it's an excellent formula, I found myself reaching for other sunscreens more often simply because I preferred their finish a bit more. On my skin, it wasn't quite as elegant or effortless as some of my favorite chemical SPFs. Overall, I still think this is one of the better mineral sunscreens I've tried, especially if you're looking for broad-spectrum protection without the typical heavy, chalky feel. It just didn't become my everyday go-to.
