Ultra Violette earns strong reviews for effective, high-SPF formulas that layer elegantly under makeup and often avoid white cast, though finish and fragrance divide opinions. Reviews praise dewy-to-velvet textures, smooth, non‑pilling application, and standout options like Supreme Screen and Future Fluid Mineral, while calling out greasiness or grey cast in Daydream Screen, occasional eye sting or itch, over-fragrance, awkward droppers/dispensers, and mixed trust due to an Australian SPF testing controversy.
Love this product - super effective for reapplying in the middle of the day/over makeup. It's lightweight and leaves a slight sheen which feels like a refresh anyway. The only way I consistently reapply sunscreen during the day.
Finding a mineral sunscreen that doesn't leave a heavy white cast or feel chalky is tough, and Future Screen does a better job than most.
The formula feels lightweight for a mineral SPF, blends more easily than I expected, and doesn't dry my skin out throughout the day. It also sits nicely under makeup, which isn't something I can say about many mineral sunscreens.
That said, I didn't fall in love with it quite as much as I expected to. While it's an excellent formula, I found myself reaching for other sunscreens more often simply because I preferred their finish a bit more. On my skin, it wasn't quite as elegant or effortless as some of my favorite chemical SPFs.
Overall, I still think this is one of the better mineral sunscreens I've tried, especially if you're looking for broad-spectrum protection without the typical heavy, chalky feel. It just didn't become my everyday go-to.
This is one of those products that makes daily sunscreen feel like a luxury instead of a chore.
Supreme Screen has a beautiful, lightweight texture that functions exactly as advertised—it hydrates, protects, and creates an incredibly smooth base for makeup all in one step. It leaves my skin looking healthy and naturally radiant without feeling greasy or heavy. The satin finish is one of the best I've found in an SPF, and it layers beautifully under foundation without pilling.
I have sensitive, redness-prone skin and am incredibly particular about facial sunscreen because so many formulas either sting my eyes, break me out, or feel suffocating. This one manages to feel more like a high-end moisturizer than a traditional sunscreen, which makes me actually look forward to wearing SPF every morning.
The only downside is the price, but considering it replaces my moisturizer, primer, and sunscreen in one product, I think it's well worth it. If you want an SPF 50 that feels elegant enough to wear every single day, Supreme Screen absolutely lives up to the hype.
such beautiful packaging, functional & environmentally aware! i am super picky about the tactile aspect of sunscreens & this one hits the mark. more of a liquid texture & on application no tacky or sticky feeling. will buy again for sure! lost one star because it's expensive compared to other brands but to be fair it is very high quality
