    Water fountain batteries don't last. There metal water fountains are of little use to cats. Their customer service is horrible. I had to wait a month to receive a water fountain then 2 weeks later I wanted to return it and they stated it was past their 30 day return policy. Yes from when I purchased it but not from when they finally shipped and I received it.

    Uahpet is a pet-focused company. Of there many products, I own their plastic water fountain (x2) and their raised cat food bowels (x2). I really like the look and feel of the products. The water fountain has its own battery so it doesn't require constant charging, which is great. The bowls are nice because they come apart if you want to use them as two separate bowls, but it's their height where they truly shine. I plan to replace the rest of my cat food bowls with the uahpet raised bowls as well as purchasing one more fountain.
