Water fountain batteries don't last. There metal water fountains are of little use to cats. Their customer service is horrible. I had to wait a month to receive a water fountain then 2 weeks later I wanted to return it and they stated it was past their 30 day return policy. Yes from when I purchased it but not from when they finally shipped and I received it.
