  • I really love the Zora top I ordered but I’m not happy with their policies/customer service. I have a very hard time finding clothes that fit when ordering online despite reading sizing charts and measuring myself before ordering. I ordered two sizes as my measurements were in between a M and L. I bought during a sale- not a sample sale or major markdown, but many items were discounted briefly. Neither the product listing page nor anywhere in the checkout process did it state that any discounted item was final sale. When it came time for me to return the one size that did not fit, I had to submit a request from their return portal and my return was “approved.” I was given a shipping label and I sent it back unworn in the original packaging. A month goes by and I hear nothing back. I reach out to customer service and they didn’t have information on my return so I provided the approval, tracking info, and order number. Another week goes by and I hear nothing. I reach out AGAIN, and no response. A day later I receive an automated email saying my return was denied because all sale items are final sale and instead I would receive a gift card for the item value I sent back. No explanation from customer service, and apparently this final sale policy is buried in their return policy somewhere but no be for of the doubt/warning. Why would the return portal allow the sale item to go through only for the brand itself to deny it?? It should be in a clear place to want customers that ALL sales are final, as this is NOT something you see often and shouldn’t be hidden in the faqs. Just disappointed that I had to bother them after over a month of sitting on my “approved” return to have them just deny it and stick me with a gift card and I’m out $150.

  • I have always loved this brand’s designs, not much so the price. But I bought the Dover tank because it was something I’ve been wanting and thought I’d treat myself. It’s great quality, feels very comfy and nice and I feel super cool in it! It runs a little big though and I needed to take it in a tad myself but it wasn’t too bad, definitely size down! I’m so excited to have this piece and support a small business that is size inclusive!

  • The designs are so cute which I love but I payed extra for 2-4 day shipping ontop of nearly 300 dollars for 3 items and it’s been 2 weeks they haven’t replied to any of my emails still not shipped and sold out.

  • Ordered the Dover tank with the Venus flytrap design and was so excited about it! When I received it, immediately upon taking it out of the packaging, I knew it was going to be too small, which was really disappointing considering this is an $80 cotton tank top... Speaking of which, this is a thicker cotton, with very little stretch, so it was hard to even get it over my head. I have a significantly larger chest compared to my overall frame but I can usually get away with large or extra-large in tops and dresses from most brands. Based on another review here, I thought ordering the Dover tank in Large would be fine if it supposedly ran a little big anyway but it didn't end up working out like that for me. It's very tight around my chest and back, and because it's a bit shorter (not necessarily cropped but definitely waist-skimming), it sits really high up on my torso and gathers under my bust. It's overall not very flattering and I can't really picture myself wearing it anymore in this size (and as it's constantly sold out and I'm now confused about what size might actually work, I don't know that I'd even bother trying to repurchase). Overall just really disappointed because I was so looking forward to wearing this top.
