Tursh, meaning “sour, tangy, or tart” in Dari, is rooted in our Afghan heritage and a deep affection for our mother’s cherished recipes. As first-generation, Afghan Americans, we were raised in a rich culinary experience and this is is our way of sharing authentic Afghan flavors globally.
