TruLabs makes decent products, but the Sea Moss Dragon Fruit Lime is just of horrible taste. Between the spirulina and monk fruit used it would have done better just salty. It gives me indigestion. Otherwise the idea was good!

While trying various electrolyte products, I recently came across TruLabs: Hydrate. Even though it contains worthy electrolytes, vitamins and minerals, I wasn't a big fan of its flavor. There are other products on the market that are much more tasty and that satisfy the thirst. Even though Trulabs products are worthy to add to your water for additional electrolytes, this product wouldn't be the first that I would grab off the shelf.

I have the sleep night time drink mix. It is meant to help you fall asleep faster, rest and recharge, and feel more refreshed upon waking When I travel for work i have a hard time falling asleep. I do like to take these little packets with me. I feel that they are helpful when going to sleep and the flavor is just right - could it be placebo? Sure but I still do it. The taste is a little lemony and little honey it’s fine on its own and it doesn’t have to go in a large glass of water.
