Trading Races, LLC reviews and discussion

I facilitate an after school group and was introduced to the game by a fellow facilitator. They mentioned that it was a great conversation starter around race and I decided to try. The group (15-18 yrs old) absolutely love it, these were young people from every corner of the world and they were engaging in a meaningful conversation on race, society and their own personal identities. This game guarantees a RIOTOUSLY good time. I love how the rules leave space to improvise, which always leads to a spirited discussion amongst friends. I’ve shared this game with every black person I know.

Definitely a concept that pushes the bar and huge help in my ongoing work as a DEI trainer. I think that this work truly pushes the needle on gamification as it takes the sensitive topic of race and "blackness" and makes it super engaging, fun, educational and even equitable.
