    I facilitate an after school group and was introduced to the game by a fellow facilitator. They mentioned that it was a great conversation starter around race and I decided to try. The group (15-18 yrs old) absolutely love it, these were young people from every corner of the world and they were engaging in a meaningful conversation on race, society and their own personal identities. Thank you!

    This game guarantees a RIOTOUSLY good time. I love how the rules leave space to improvise, which always leads to a spirited discussion amongst friends. I’ve shared this game with every black person I know.

    We need more characters of course. We can never have enough. I also think you can expand to include black products.

    Definitely a concept that pushes the bar and huge help in my ongoing work as a DEI trainer. I think that this work truly pushes the needle on gamification as it takes the sensitive topic of race and "blackness" and makes it super engaging, fun, educational and even equitable.

    Feedback

    The product is great, packaging amazing, the one thing that might be clutch is to hear more about how others are using the product.

Trading Races is a card game that’s part party game, part educational, and 100% thought provoking. Trading Races was created when our creator was a Chicago Public School teacher. During her ten years of teaching black and brown students on the South Side of Chicago, she noticed a lack of student interest in Black History and the absence of Black History within the school curriculum. Trading Races is the solution. We provide engaging learning opportunities for students and fun engaging entertainment for social gameplay.
