Tony's Chocolonely

Tony’s Chocolonely earns strong reviews for rich, creamy chocolate, inventive flavors like Milk Caramel Sea Salt, Dark Almond Sea Salt, and Dark Milk Pretzel Toffee, plus mission-driven, fair-trade sourcing. Reviews also flag drawbacks: some bars taste overly sweet or bland to dark‑chocolate loyalists, the thick, uneven pieces are hard to break and share, and concerns appear about heavy metals in certain dark varieties and salt intensity in caramel bars.

Tony's Chocolonely is hands down the best chocolate brand I've ever tried. Not only is the chocolate rich, smooth, and absolutely delicious, but I love their mission to create 100% slave-free chocolate. Each bar is packed with flavour, and the variety of unique combinations (like sea salt and caramel) keeps me coming back for more. Plus, the chunky, uneven pieces make it so fun to share - or keep to yourself! Knowing I'm supporting a high-ethical brand while indulging in high-quality chocolate makes it ever better. Highly recommend Tony's Chocolonely to any chocolate lover!
I feel like Tony's is one of the tastier, more high quality chocolate brands available in the US. The milk chocolate sea salt is my favorite. I wish they had better allergy information.

I was excited to try Tony’s Chocolonely after seeing it in several of my favorite shops. Sadly, I found my bar to be chalky.
My family and I are chocolate fanatics. We have traveled the world and tasted unusually large variety of chocolates. We continue to purchase them online even if we see any one unusual one we hadn't tasted etc.... Tony's chocolates are among the good straight forward non flavored chocolates. It's a go to, staple in the house for a quick choc fix, and reasonably priced "good" chocolate. In contrast, very popular US brands hershies and russle stover, taste like literally "dirt" in some taste notes and have a harsh corrosive flavor. RS has a very artificial plastiky taste especially the caramel filled ones. While Tony's, is very smooth and has more of a condensed milky undertone.
I love Tony’s Chocolonely’s mission. I think that their chocolate is high quality and appreciate the variety of flavors of chocolate. I do wish that they had more gluten free flavors. I think they are worth the price.

This chocolate is delicious! It's the only kind I buy now. One bar lasts a long time, but keep in mind it is cut along triangles rather than squares. The milk chocolate is by far my favorite.
Milk chocolate us the best I've ever tasted. It's so much better than Hershey bars or kisses candies. Their dark chocolates are good too

I recently tried Tony’s Chocolate and was thoroughly impressed. The flavors are incredibly rich and the texture is perfectly smooth. It’s clear they use high-quality ingredients, and I appreciate their commitment to fair trade practices. This chocolate is definitely worth every penny and I’ll be coming back for more!
A brand that stands behind what they say I love that Tony's chocoloney not only tastes delicious but also supports a greater cause. I particularly like their smaller size chocolate bar variety packs great for gifting and for the conscious snacker both health and morally.
The Ben & Jerry’s collab was to die for !
Obsessed with the plain chocolate, so creamy and Delish, definitely in my top 3 brands
I bought this for a father in law who's name is Tony, the packaging was nice it reminded me of Charlie and the chocolate factory, seemed like a novelty.
This brand has withheld its quality, ethos, fun aesthetic, and approachable sweets product roll-outs. They are incredible quality chocolates, while maintaining widespread availability at local stores that all can access. I think value for quality, sustainability and entry point for an average consumer is still there at their price-points. Overall - a huge fan.
This is one of the best chocolates I've ever had. It is so creamy and tastes so expensive, but is really affordable. It isn't full of ingredients that are bad for you. There are so many flavors to choose from, which s perfect!

Tony's Chocolonely is pretty good chocolate. The bars are huuuuge and satisfyingly chunky. Flavor-wise, they're rich and not too sweet. The milk chocolate caramel sea salt is addictive, and their dark chocolate actually tastes like chocolate, not just bitter cocoa. Love that they're serious about ethical sourcing too - makes me feel a bit less guilty about demolishing a whole bar. Price is higher than your average candy bar, but the quality justifies it. Only complaint is that the uneven pieces make it hard to share (or maybe that's a plus?). It's one of my go-to chocolates when I want to treat myself.

This is my go-to chocolate bar for myself or for when putting together a care package for a friend. My favorite is the milk caramel sea salt, and I also really appreciate the design of the bar (the pieces are really easy to break apart). The price is a bit higher than your average bar, but knowing it is ethically made makes it worth it.
