Love the pure yuzu concentrate format. Most yuzu I can find is “natural yuzu flavor” + a blend of common citrus. So for I’ve made some great honey yuzu-ade and also a slew of exciting salad dressings. It’s opened up a whole new door for what I can make at my kitchen at home. 

My whole family loves this, both my wife and I drink it with sake cocktails and my daughter mixes is with sparkling water and honey. So good!

I understand the super yuzu juice is more potent, but once mixed into a drink or dressing, I could not taste the difference between the two.

My friends and I brought this on a weekend away and found so many fun ways to mix it into cocktails and different meals.
The greatest hits:
Sushi night– cocktail: sake, gin, yuzu, simple syrup, herbal tea, soda water. mixed with soy sauce for sushi
Poolside cocktail– frozen Tequila, orange juice, yuzu, soda water
Caesar-style vegan dressing
I appreciate that a little really does go a long way here. 

I was hesitant at first about this but I honestly feel like it feels like a really fresh product. Perfect for any dressings and it's great on it's own with cocktails. The super yuzu juice is perfect for a quick cocktail and the 100% yuzu juice is incredible in small amounts on anything from a marinade, cocktail, dressing, the list goes on!

I guess the question is what don't I put Yuzuco on....I've replaced all citrus with yuzu at this point! yuzu guac! Yuzu passionfruit margaritas! Yuzu on my mango + tajin, Yuzu to spice up my soy sauce, Yuzu in dressing ;)....the list goes on and on! Cannot recommend enough!

If you're as obsessed with yuzu as I am, you know it's pretty hard to find good stuff in the US largely due to the fact that shipping the whole fruit from Asia is illegal. Yuzuco figured out a way to get the freshest possible cold-pressed version of it. They also make a Super Juice, which is a relatively modern bartender trick that involves combining citrus with acids from fermentation. It's cheaper and lasts longer, but offers the same or comparable flavor. Ever since I started working with them, I've been splashing Super Juice in/on everything from my salads to grilled chicken and my cold brew tonic. 

I am obsessed with this brand. I can add the yuzu juice to anything! The flavor is so fresh and substantial without having to use too much. This is the perfect addition to any kitchen.
