I have been taking Flow State every day for almost 3 months. I started noticing positive effects on my body and mind after about 5-6 weeks; noticeable difference in my energy levels, ability to focus and not getting as rattled/stressed about work. This Is A Really Great Product! I have taken supplements for some years so I will admit my expectations were high. I’ve experienced nothing but positive and noticeable benefits since taking Flow State daily. For me, the sense of calm is really noticeable. I noticed this after 2 weeks. Less overwhelm and less anxious feelings especially on days of high work pressure and family demands. Really recommend for those who run life at a hot pace and want more calm body and mind in their day.

My overall energy has gone up since starting to take these, there’s no limit to what I can do now! Things like working out or cleaning the house isn’t something I have to drag myself to do anymore!
