The Ordinary earns strong reviews for being effective and ingredient-focused: many users report clearer, smoother, more hydrated skin from staples like Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1%, Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5, Glycolic Acid 7% Toning Solution, and the AHA 30% + BHA 2% Peeling Solution. Reviews also flag weaknesses: some formulas feel sticky or pill, certain actives (retinoids, vitamin C, high-percentage acids) can irritate or be too harsh, results can be hit-or-miss by product or skin type, and the range can be confusing without research.

Great product. I use it as a part of my daily routine and has made a change in my skin for the better. I break out less and my pigmentation has gotten lighter.

Great products that work if you know how to use them. They do require a bit of active ingredient knowledge but once you have crafted out a routine the products are very reliable as essential skincare. I love that they are starting to offer big sizes on their best-sellers. My go-to are the Hyaluronic B5, Niacinamide & Zinc. There are products like the glycerin cleanser which is great for sensitive skin.

I used Ordinary products for a while now and the quality is ok, the problem is the customer service. I did a big order online- after 4 weeks never arrived- send 5 emails- never received any reply! Quite annoying and disappointing! Be careful to order online (as for me not the first time)!

I was impressed with The Oridinary's vitamin c serum. I found it brightened my skin considerably although it did sting a little. Impressive prices!!!

This moisturizer gets the job done and for its price point as a slightly more luxurious brand, I feel is worth it. That said, I didn't experience the desired relief of putting on a moisturizer from it. The texture is a bit like a fat-free Greek yogurt so it has some hefty weight to it without feeling heavy on the face. I am typically seeking something that makes my skin feel like it is drinking the moisturizer and leaves a wispy finish. If you like moisturizers with more of a lather, this will be right up your alley.

The products are simple and effective. Love the branding and ingredients. My only complaint is that the strength of some products is not correctly emphasized. Overuse can cause sun sensitivity and other issues.

Incredible line with new products pretty consistently. Oil cleanser is the best on the market.

Price is good compared to alternatives. I like their hyaluronic acid but need more from the moisturizer

Ive tested multiple products from this brand and I have to say the best product by far is the hyaluronic acid, I use this everyday and it keeps my skin super moisturised and it acts as a perfect base under my makeup!

I love that The Ordinary is affordable and is accessible to the everyone. I personally love their hyaluronic acid and salicylic acid peeling mask. The Hyaluronic acid keeps my skin so plump and hydrated. I love using it under makeup. The salicylic acid mask is good for once in a week to exfoliate your skin. it helps get rid of dead skin and dust particles stuck in your pores and helps prevent acne.

Ordinary has such an amazing product with price range. AHA/BHA peeling solution, lactic acid and rosehip oil are my favorite 😍

Very reasonable prices and everything is very straight forward and simple. The products don’t contain any fancy extras just the necessities and are great when you don’t know where to start in building a skincare routine

I've tried a variety of products from The Ordinary, but the two I consistently repurchase are Niacinamide and Hyaluronic Acid. They're simply incredible. After each use, my skin feels plump, hydrated, and radiant. I've received numerous compliments on my skin's appearance, and I firmly believe it's due to incorporating these two products into my routine! I appreciate the minimalist yet functional packaging, and most importantly, the price is not exorbitant, making skincare accessible to everyone, regardless of financial constraints.

The lightweight serum texture is a delight to apply, absorbing quickly into the skin without leaving any greasy residue. Its primary function, in my experience, has been its remarkable ability to regulate sebum production and minimize the appearance of pores. With consistent use, I've noticed a significant reduction in excess oiliness, resulting in a more balanced and refined complexion. This serum has seamlessly integrated itself into my daily routine and has become a staple I wouldn't want to go without

Love their shop at Covent Garden and that I can just drop by and get what I need and don't need to wait for the delivery. Amazing brand for people getting into skincare because you can explore such a wide range of ingredients, what works for you and what doesn't. But you need to do some research not to mix some ingredients that shouldn't be mixed. Their zinc and niacinamide serum is one my favourites, and their retinols have done nothing at all for me.

Great prices for skincare, especially when I’m trying to add something new to my skincare routine. The mix and match ability to creating your own routine is great and over whelming at the same time. Products I keep going back for are the Glycolic Acid 7% Toning Solution, Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1%, Multi-Peptide Lash and Brow Serum, Azelaic Acid Suspension 10%.
