The North Face makes outdoor clothing and gear.

The North Face earns strong reviews for durable, weather-ready gear that keeps wearers warm and dry—jackets, fleece, backpacks, and snow apparel often last for years—yet critiques note occasional peeling raincoats, wind-permeable fleece, basic designs, and mixed comparisons to competitors. Overall, The North Face is good for outdoor performance and longevity, though style variety and isolated durability issues temper enthusiasm.
