    Macros were really good on this and they didn't compromise on the taste at all, I enjoyed it. The texture isn't gummy, it's more on the firm side. Love that the flavor I got had a decent amount of fiber in it too. I would purchase again.

    This was my first time trying Supergut and I was not disappointed. As someone who already takes ozempic I have been wanting to try out these bars which I did. I ate the entire chocolate brownie one today while on the go at work and I just got home and the last thing I can think about right now is food. The taste was super delicious and tasty. I would definitely recommend you guys try out these bars

    I have only tried the prebiotic bars from this brand and my personal favourite is the strawberry almond. I love how they have 10g of fibre and 10g of protein making these bars very filling, and in my opinion way tastier than a traditional protein bar.

    I've tried both the fiber mix and the chocolate shake. Overall Supergut achieves exactly what you anticipate. You feel less bloated and it really does help curb your appetite. Additionally, you take some pretty nice 💩. Personally wasn't a fan of the chocolate shake mix flavor. The taste was brutal, but the results from it were exactly what I wanted. So I opted for using the fiber mix instead and absolutely love it. Started feeling the results pretty quickly (couple days) and by week 2 I could tell that my bloating was down.
