  • Inclusive, no white cast
  • Lightweight, elegant formulas
  • Occasional oily residue
  • Chemical scent or eye sting
  • Tinted shade range limitations
  • Packaging clogs or separation

Supergoop! earns largely positive reviews for wearable, no–white-cast SPF formulas that double as makeup primers—Unseen Sunscreen and Glow Screen frequently impress for smooth, lightweight application and everyday protection—yet some reviewers report greasiness, pilling, breakouts, or separation and question efficacy versus cheaper dupes. Reviews highlight inclusive, matte-to-glowy finishes, easy reapplication formats (sprays, sticks, powders), and family-friendly PLAY, while noting product-inherent drawbacks like oily feel, chemical scent or eye sting, heavy shine from Glow products, limited shade range in tints, and occasional packaging clogs or leaks.

  • My favorite sunscreen. Leaves no white residue and does not leave my face greasy.

  • This is such a wonderful company. Their SPF works well and uses safe formulas. I wish they didn't do everything in plastic, but other than that, I love their products.

  • I tried all of their products, it's a genius product that actually makes you want to wear sunscreen but they are neither affordable nor have enough quantity. Just an FYI, you can find a cheaper alternative to the sheer sunscreen at Trader Joe's for $8.

  • It's okay. I've gotten sunburned while wearing it, so just a reminder to reapply it often. I prefer dermologica sunscreen or the Trader joes dupe of supergoop since it's a fraction of the price.

  • The glow screen is one of my favorite products! No cast left on the skin, no pilling. The perfect glowy base for under makeup or on its own

  • Tried this on a whip last summer. And it’s the very best little sunscreen I own. I keep one in my purse at all times. Works so well applies like a dream. And the slight shimmer to it is so flattering. Makes for a great base to your makeup even!

  • Goop Glowscreen is a staple in my skincare routine and I love it. It is lightweight and non-greasy. So it is easy to apply. It gives me a smooth and radiant finish that blends into my skin. As a person who has had melanoma, the broad-spectrum SPF 30 protection ensures my skin is shielded from harmful rays. I appreciate that Glowscreen also incorporates ingredients like hyaluronic acid and Vitamin E, that keep my skin feeling moisturized and refreshed. The subtle pearlescent glow it adds a luminous quality that allows me to wear it alone or with makeup and it gives me a look of effortlessness. I have tried other similar products but I continue to go back to this one.

  • The play sunscreen is my absolute favorite. I have dark skin and it doesn't leave a white cast and sits great under makeup. The large size is a great value for the money!

  • Love the play! Product. Makes a big difference for someone of color because most other sunscreens look awful on my skin.

  • Have been using the unseen sunscreen for years now! Has kept me from sunburns through all my hikes around the world, cycling rides, runs, etc. I also just use it on the daily, even when I know I won't be getting much outdoor time. Glides on so well and dries matte but still makes your skin look hydrated!

  • This is a great sunscreen but it’s a bit pricey. I think it works well but I’m not sure if it’s at the top of my list.

  • I love the subtle glow this gives my face. It’s light weight and it doesn’t have any white residue.

  • Super Goop Glow Screen is undeniably a stellar product, delivering a luminous finish that's second to none. Its lightweight texture and broad-spectrum SPF protection make it a go-to for daily sun defense. However, it's important to note that, despite its glowing reputation, it may not be the best fit for acne-prone skin. Some users have reported breakouts, so if you're battling blemishes, approach with caution. Overall, a fantastic choice for those without acne concerns seeking radiant sun protection.

  • The Glowscreen is my summer go-to. Lightweight, beautiful natural glow & subtle coverage. All with 40 SPF. It's a no-brainer! Slightly pricier (and ELF makes a good alternative if you're budget-conscious) but totally worth it for the quality and feel of this product.

  • My favorite sunscreen and primer before make up all in one. It doesn’t leave a white cast on the skin, and so perfect for every day use

  • My go to sunscreen! It smells amazing, isn't sticky at all. I love bringing the spray SPF to the lake for easy and quick application.

  • This is my absolute ride or die SPF. From k-beauty to every North American brand under the sun, I've tried *several* sunscreens to find my everyday sun protection. Coming from someone with dry, sensitive skin, this SPF leaves my skin radiant and healthy with no irritation or discomfort. Bonus points for wearing well under makeup and doubling as full body protection in the summer months. Of note: If you're combo-oily, beware that it can get greasy upon reapplication. There is a mild fragrance which I'm typically opposed to in my skincare, but this one has caused no issues.

  • Love the sunscreen for face! Makes an excellent primer for makeup and I find the texture really satisfying.

  • I love the unseen sunscreen texture but I feel like now there are much better sunscreen alternatives with different chemicals that are not so bad for the skin.

  • I bought the (Glow)setting 100% Mineral Powder SPF 35. It is supposed to be portable and easy to apply with a soft brush. However, the applicator was difficult to use. the brush is hard as well. It's very pricey considering its quality.
