The Stringys product is quality and the customer service is even better. I ordered right after I saw this on Shark Tank so understood when I got an email about shipping delays. I emailed a special request, not expecting anything. And, even though they were swamped, within 24-hours I had a positive response to my request and there was immediate follow-through. I bought one pantie as a birthday gift for my 22-yr-old granddaughter and I predict that she and her friends will become loyal customers. I appreciate so much that they went above and beyond.
