Our curtains took 6 months to be delivered, it is impossible to get through to anyone on the phone and when you do get a response via email it is vague and without any helpful information. When the curtains finally came we were only delivered half the number of rings needed, leading to another week delay. We were promised a 40% discount for the length of time it took for the order to be completed but I have been waiting for a month and have chased multiple times and nothing has been returned. Honestly please do not order from these people, it has led me to do much unnecessary stress.
