These are a solid staple in my fridge (see photo). I appreciate an N/A option that is done with care and attention, and that's what I feel from St. Agrestis. I recommend to anyone looking for an N/A option to try.

St Agrestis

St Agrestis makes small-batch, naturally colored gin, vodka, and liqueur.

St Agrestis reviews assert the brand works: its Phony Negroni reliably replicates the bitter, complex Negroni experience with a pleasant fizz and thoughtful packaging, though several reviewers note the drinks skew sweet and one jarred garnish (cherries) disappointed. This makes St Agrestis a smart buy for buyers seeking convincing non-alcoholic aperitifs and elegant presentation, but not for those who prefer drier, less-sugary profiles or who expect flawless gourmet garnishes.

I have only tried the standard Phony Negroni but am interested in trying some of their other newer flavors in the lineup. I really enjoy the OG and keep a small stash for myself and non alcohol-drinking friends when they visit. It has the bitterness and complexity you want, and the slight fizz adds a nice touch. Great for making any evening a little occasion.

I purchased the Non-Alcoholic OG Mix Pack as well as the Amaro Soaked Cherries. The beverages were delightful - I love an amaro or aperitif and these really hit that spot. It’s nice to sip on something bitter and complex. Very refreshing. I enjoyed all three flavors, but the Amaro Faldo was the star. I can’t believe they successfully shipped so many glass bottles. I would definitely purchase again. The cherries, however, were absolutely awful. I ended up chucking the jar.

This is a great product. It’s a great option to have on hand for non drinkers or when you just want a mocktail. It tastes very close to a real Negroni - but no hangover! I always have these on hand for hosting.
