Bought from Spark Paws for the first time during Black Friday of 2023. I was looking for a non-tacky matching outfit for myself, my husband, and our two dogs for Christmas. I am insanely surprised by the quality of Spark Paws clothing! The dog hoodies are incredibly well made, and super cute. The human hoodies are beyond comfy - insanely soft, thick/quality material, and fit really well. Definitely recommend if you're looking to match with your pups! Just wish they made some stuff that didn't say "spark paws" all over it, LOL.

DO NOT order from this company! **Beware: Positive reviews appear to be bots or paid customers** I have been waiting for over a month for my order that was supposed to arrive before Christmas. I placed my order over 3 weeks before Christmas. The tracking information given shows my order is STILL in China, with no movement or updates since 12/05/2024 (over 4 weeks ago). Their “Customer Service” is an absolute joke, and primarily consists of AI/Bots for that offer no assistance or solutions. I have reported this company to my bank, PayPal, etc., and encourage others to do so, as this is a fraudulent company. Had I known that this was a Chinese company, and seen the vast majority of reviews calling out this scam, I would have taken my business elsewhere. Now I am in the time consuming process of trying to get a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
