I've only tried the kids hydration packets from this brand, but they're still decent. The taste isn't as sweet as most other hydration brands- which is good or bad depending on if you like a less sweet flavor in your drink. Personally I didn't mind, but it's not a favorite. I like that this only has good ingredients in it as well. I felt like this hydration did help me despite this being for kids, but I also only weigh about 100 pounds myself. My partner said this didn't help him, but he weighs twice as much as me. The price for these is about on par with other hydration brands.
