Smashbox reviews and discussion

I have liked using primers from Smash box previously. However, this Always Sharp eyeliner may be the worst eyeliner that I have ever tried. Maybe it is user error, but It has a tendency to break. The eyeliner itself is quite good. But trying to use it in this tube is impossible.

I loved trying the Smash Box Always On Foundation. It made my skin look so healthy and had a nice glow. I love the ingredients with the adaptogens and hyaluronic acid so it helps repair your skin while you’re wearing the foundation. Good, quality product!

I had hoped to like the primer more than I did. It was just all right and then I got a few other little sample sizes I think I like more than the traditional one. I would recommend to the right person with the right skin condition , I suppose.

I have been using the smashbox primer for 5+ years and have no complaints. It works well with most foundations. It’s also a good value considering the container lasts for a long time. I would purchase again and again.

First impression is the weird chemical smell, but it doesn’t last long and isn’t a major issue. Second thing that stands out, is how wet your face feels after using it. But aside from these two cons, the product actually works really well. I tried it a few times during hot weather, and even though I felt like I was melting, my makeup stayed pretty well. There’s a satin like finish to it that makes your final look clean and polished. The only real change I would make is to maybe make it a mist instead of a spray.

Smashbox has been known for their primers for years! I remember hearing about them from Youtube in high school and I was so excited to use them. Their priming products work really well and are worth the money.

I have used many products from SMASHBOX over the years. While all their products are amazing, I really love their eyeshadows. I have the DOUBLE EXPOSURE palette and you can apply the pigments dry, or you can wet your brush to apply them, which emphasizes their pigments!

All there primers are boom!! I have : illuminate,primerizer,correct,control,photo finish. All them work for different concerns I love them bc they feel like u have no primer on light..

This primer completely elevates the quality of my makeup and keeps my face looking so smooth with any foundation i use!

Smashbox makes amazing primers. One of them is called "photo finish" and it really lives up to its name by leaving your skin smooth and allowing you to have a flawless make-up look that glows in photographs. Their Halloween-themed legends of horror lipstick line is also great. I love their Dracula red satin lipstick.

I have the eyelid primer and it works very well! It definitely does what it advertises and a little goes a long way. My makeup stays out all night

Love the photo finish primer, it works really well even on my acne-prone combination skin. I also do like their liquid lipsticks a lot. A little drying for me, but with a moisturised lip, looks great!

I think matchbox was always my favorite brand to go, especially we’re gonna came to contour. I just think they haven’t came out of anything in innovative over the last couple of years, but the quality of the product is good.
