    I love the concept of a supplement you need to be present for. The benefits of ashwagandha I knew, however, the 3 minute melting part I had to work on. I’ve been using it as a way to perform better and commit at least 3-6 mins of my day tackling tasks I normally put off. I‘ve also started taking one before social events which is a nice way to calm down before. It’s been a few months and I’m still finding fun ways to incorporate it into my routine. And a side note - I love the mint taste!

    Love this product so much! The taste and melting texture is spot-ON. Plus the formula works, I enjoy 2-3 in the afternoon.

    Finally an Ashwagandha pill that is tasty and that I actually enjoy taking! I also really like the slow dissolve. It reminds me to take a minute to relax everytime I see the bottle :)
