    Works for Slowlii

    I love the concept of a supplement you need to be present for. The benefits of ashwagandha I knew, however, the 3 minute melting part I had to work on. I’ve been using it as a way to perform better and commit at least 3-6 mins of my day tackling tasks I normally put off. I‘ve also started taking one before social events which is a nice way to calm down before. It’s been a few months and I’m still finding fun ways to incorporate it into my routine. And a side note - I love the mint taste!


    Travel packs would be fun or refill options!
