I first found this brand during a sample sale at a building I used to work in. I did not end up buying anything, but then I could not get this one bag out of my mind. I saw that they had it in black on their website so I hinted to my husband. I love this bag and use it more for special occasions as it is a bit fancier. But the bag is definitely soft and looks timeless!

So when I placed an order online, I received an order confirmation with zero information. There was a picture of the product I ordered but no order #, no item ID, nothing. Obviously a ploy to get you to download their app. Apparently you can't get any info on your own unless you download their app & I have no desire to download their app. Second, this is not a US based company. These products come from possibly China, India, who knows b/c that info is not on their website. Third, you can expect delivery to take at least two weeks. You can get the same products at the same price from Amazon, why go through all this extra time, expense & frustration????
