  • We bought a TV stand from Sklum for over €550. It arrived almost two months later than expected. The delivery was delayed, but when it finally came, everything looked perfect — the TV stand is truly beautiful and exactly as described. Unfortunately, when we opened one of the doors, we found a long crack running all the way down. It was clear that someone had already tried to “repair” it before shipping, but the fix was poorly done and very visible. We tried contacting customer service more than 10 times by phone — no one ever answered. We sent two emails to different addresses and submitted two claims through their online customer service platform. We never received a single reply. We didn’t even ask for a replacement TV stand — just for them to send us a new door. But we’ve had no response, no solution, and no updates. The product is beautiful, but the lack of communication and complete absence of customer support means we cannot recommend Sklum.

  • The most aesthetically pleasing, well-made furniture. I bought six playful and sturdy outdoor chairs for the garden and get complimented on them all spring and summer. Plus they’re stackable, which makes storage so easy! Have my eye on a few extra things for the house… They’re just so beautiful :)

  • Very bad quality, table not lasting even few months and no money back or sending other table.

    We bought a born table for veranda. After only few months the paint from the table started falling out and parts of table !!. We sent several photos to Sklum and got respond that there is no guaramtee and they will not change this for new Good table. We are NOT accepting this and we already fould place to compain in Spain about unserious companies. In Eu and Europe there is 3 years guaramtee, and the table is not for usages after only few months. There was also no respond for 2 other emails. They are just ignoring customers.

  • Order arrived infested with woodworm. I'm far from the only one affected (check out Afectados empresa SKLUM on FB; keyword carcomas). A SCAM.

  • The Adelis side table looks nice, but the quality is disappointing. It feels unstable, and the assembly process is more complicated than expected. The materials don’t seem very durable either. Not the best choice if you're looking for something sturdy.

  • Never buy from this website. I ordered a rug and a chair 2 months ago, I specifically ordered items that were available and it even said on the website that they are going to arrive in 3-5 business days or something like this. I the end the rug came after 1+ month, the armchair NEVER came. I am still dealing with complaints and I have no more nurves to do any of it because there is absolutely no way of contacting real people. After hundreds of movements the autoreply bot is saying that they are going to resend the chair but they are not even saying when it's going to happen. I the end 2 months passed and my chair basically wasn't shipped. I ordered from them because of fast delivery and nice design, but to be honest, I would definitely order from another place if I knew what a bullshit I would need to go through!

  • Dear Sklum reader, order since August 2024 order: XKTCRZBPO Since you don't take the customer seriously, I'll just write to you via email and Trustpilot. Unfortunately, your organization works with a so-called "customer service", a PC, that repeats itself without providing substantive answers when it comes to my order. I have placed my trust in your organization and that is why you deserve a lot of money, but the way you treat me makes me uneasy. (payment in advance and then whining) We place an order and you do not keep your agreements, you do not run a "candy shop" so I assume that you also make agreements with your suppliers, we have made progress in recent months(!). Look, in my opinion you are making a mistake because you have to earn your reputation with every order on your note. You take it with a grain of salt and postpone the delivery time every month without talking to me as a customer. >It's the supplier's fault, but where are you in this story?, client. Should I pay a few months late? Stop the nonsense and don't sit on your hands, your supplier and Sklum are doing a bad job by 1.) not informing customers or starting an LP via the computer with meaningless answers, so-called Dropshipping. 2) address the supplier and deliver as agreed and compensate me for this non-performance. It is scandalous that your customers are the victims of your weak attitude in this case and the unprofessional way of working. I want to be compensated and talk to the manager on a different level than a crazy computer. thanks and good luck with the case

  • Woodworm!! Still not seen my money back 1 month later still no money. They keep lying that they sent me back MY MONEY. And that my bank is taking 1 month to receive it. ABSOLUTE DISGRACE. WORST COMPANY Customer service is the worst I have ever seen! CALL ME I DARE YOU
