We bought a TV stand from Sklum for over €550. It arrived almost two months later than expected. The delivery was delayed, but when it finally came, everything looked perfect — the TV stand is truly beautiful and exactly as described. Unfortunately, when we opened one of the doors, we found a long crack running all the way down. It was clear that someone had already tried to “repair” it before shipping, but the fix was poorly done and very visible. We tried contacting customer service more than 10 times by phone — no one ever answered. We sent two emails to different addresses and submitted two claims through their online customer service platform. We never received a single reply. We didn’t even ask for a replacement TV stand — just for them to send us a new door. But we’ve had no response, no solution, and no updates. The product is beautiful, but the lack of communication and complete absence of customer support means we cannot recommend Sklum.
