Very very horrible experience with customer service. Bought wrong size for wife, and the returns are such a pain! Bought $200 of stuff that I’m stuck with. Pissed! Don’t buy !

I ordered my product on September 23 not heard a word and I have text emailed and no answer as of yet. WHAT DOES A PERSON HAVE TO DO TO GET SOMEONE TO ANSWER ME? So at this point I don’t know if I’m getting my order but they have my money

I’ve made several purchases from Skims which I rarely to as I enjoy trying new brands. The quality is usually top notch and selection is good. Only complaint is the clothing in my opinion is overpriced so I’d recommend sticking to the basic items.

Not bad, but also not exetremely amazing for the price tags. Dupes are all across amazon, but if you want it for the name shoot for the stars.

They have problematic return policies, primarily related to sizing issues with their bras. Ordering your regular size often leads to poor fits, and if you want to return it, you'll be charged $6 for shipping. If you choose their gift card option, you get refunded for the bra but not the initial $6 shipping fee. This means to exchange the bra, you'll have to pay shipping twice, totaling $12. Even if you decide to return it for a refund, you'll still have to cover the return shipping cost. They appear to be making substantial profits through their hefty shipping fees.

Skims makes such great shaping undergarments. I personally own the sculpting short and it snatches you right up and makes your booty pop.

The high waisted shorts roll down upon any movement. Compression is minimal around the tummy area. The thong body suit is not meant for woman with large breasts as it offer NO support and compressed them in an unflattering way. Not at all worth the price. These were designed for people with slim figures I’m assuming. EXTREMELY disappointing.

Skims has some products that they have truly set the bar for and others that miss the mark a bit. I now swear by their bralettes, underwear, bike shorts, and the infamous dress. All comfortable, fitting, sleek, everything I wanted an more. I have tried some of the shapewear and it was not for me - not sure if my body type is built for the look they’re going for. Overall, though, the price point and the comfort are enough to keep me coming back for the favorites.

Super comfortable and high quality goods. I’ve found inconsistencies in sizing through different body suits.

Ordered #SB11129292 Not happy at all , I was told I would receive complimentary refund . I’ve sent package back with return label they provided . Given the run around about who I need to contact wether it be USP OR USPS. Which they respond I need to contract the seller. USPS said they no longer have package , so skims then provided a UPS tracking , tracking says delivered, but skims says that’s not where it was supposed to be delivered and they have not received. How is this my problem when return label was provided by skims it’s self. This is frustrating and a waste of my time. Do not order from this company, customer service is ridiculous. Loss of money and product, feel like I just been robbed . Wish they would make this right.

Great product but too expensive for what it is. Slapped a Kardashian name on it and charges too much.

Because of all the advertising on Skims brand, I wanted to give it a try. I ordered 3 items. JELLY SHEER SCOOP NECK BRALETTE | ONYX/ $19.00 SEAMLESS SCULPT BRIEF BODYSUIT | SAND/$68.00 FITS EVERYBODY T-SHIRT BRA | COCOA/$52.00 Total $152 with taxes None of the items were worth keeping. I tried to return and could NEVER get a return label and sent several messages via email. The bralette was not returnable bc it was on sale. I got "gosh we are so sorry" with NO help about how to register the return and get a return mailing label. Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service. I finally returned the items within the REQUIRED return window, paying extra to get it back on time. Today I get an email through PayPal for a credit for the returns of $56.94. It should have been $120. DON'T SHOP HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SCREWED OVER. I've already moved over to HoneyLove. Their products are amazing and their Customer Service is outstanding. I can see why Kardashian is raking in the money. Crap product and crap Customer Service if you have a problem or return. Run don't walk away from SKIMS.

I like these underwear. They have full coverage briefs I love. I like the support and they don’t roll down in my stomach. They seem to lack color choices at times. They are often out of lost color socks.

The leggings are so comfortable the bras fit comfortably well

Amazing fabric across every product. Fits Everybody is the most flattering style however the fit on the neckline is too high. Wish they were slightly lower or had more variety on both the neckline and colours of the Fits Everybody style.

Bought cotton underwear. They are comfy and fit okay, but after a few wears, they are all stretched out. After a few months, the stitching is coming apart. The worst!!! Especially considering they were highly recommended. Don’t buy them!!!

I was so excited to have an item from skims extremely pricey. The item came it extremely thin see-through, made in Vietnam. Absolute garbage I put it back in the packaging and they're keeping almost $7 for me to send it back. Don't waste your money. The item purchased was everyone's turtleneck. I am extremely disappointed to see that they are using items out of Vietnam. Extremely cheap material

I love the simple products and the comfort and material of the products. The run tighter than expected, which I don’t always prefer.

Really love the products, don’t love the price.

My experience was absolutely horrendous with the whole company. I ordered my goods, they never arrived. Company claimed, the address does not exist even though we live here for 5 years and own the house (never happened). When I wanted my order to be shipped again, it was not possible. When I asked to be given a voucher for the discount I had on the original order, they said I should just wait for the sale again and order then. I will never again order from this company and will give negative feedback everywhere possible so more people do not get scammed.
