I love my underwear from skims!! They are pretty good quality and hold up in the wash. My only issue is some of the very thin fabrics (such as fits everybody) are a little too delicate for daily wear and washing. They can develop little holes or tears, as well as pilling. Any of the cotton/cotton rib items hold up wonderfully though!

Sizing feels all over the place. QC is not the best, I got a bralette in XS where the straps at full length could not have fit a 10 yr old they were SO short. Love the simple, solid intimates and color range.

My first product from Skims was the viral long slip dress and I fell in love! It hugs every curve and makes you look snatched. Such a complimenting dress that I can dress up or down!

I'm incredibly frustrated with my recent experience purchasing from this company. I meticulously followed their size guide, but when my order arrived, the items were way too small. This was completely unacceptable given the reliance on their size recommendations. When I attempted to return the items, I was shocked to discover that not only did I have to cover the return shipping costs myself, but upon processing the return, they deducted customs fees. As a Canadian shopper who frequently makes purchases from the US, I have never encountered such a problem before. Consequently, I ended up losing $66 on a purchase for items I never even got to use. This kind of treatment is unacceptable. I strongly advise against buying anything from this website. The hassle, unexpected fees, and the loss of money make it an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for your purchases.

This brand went from great to no stars as far as customer service and quality go. I purchased the gold over pant. It was in black and paper thin material. I returned them 3 weeks ago although skims says they just got the item. The quality of the fabric was garbage. For $80 I was expecting lululemon quality and better customer service. Right now my account has not received the credit despite having the return for 3 weeks. There's a tracking number on it so the post office said you received it weeks ago but slims said they just got it. I will not be making another purchase from this company. I've wasted enough time and money into garbage clothing when Quince sells the same stuff with better quality and more reasonable prices. I just want my money back. Imm nomlomger shopping here.

The sweatpants feel soft until you wash them, and then they are exactly the same as the Hanes from Walmart. These are cheaply made in China and very overpriced. The fit is terrible. If you’re a woman, it is such a long crotch. It makes you look as if you have male genitalia. Do not waste your time or money. Most items are non-returnable and they charge you a ridiculous amount if they will return them. Customer service is the worst.

Really poor fabric quality - bought the ‘cozy knit leggings’ - a few hours after wearing they had threads pulled all over - I had sat on a straw seat chair, but still. The fabric is just not viable. For 92€ I expected somewhat better. Has this product really been tested? The products are vastly over priced - you’re simply paying for an over hyped brand. I bought a cotton fleece - it’s simply a basic sweatshirt - the mark up must be sky high - I could have got the same thing from Decathlon for 20€.

Saw a fitness lady wearing the hugh waisted thong undies and I had to have them. I got 3, a black, nude and silver one. The fabric is thin like stockings. It washes like stockings too, in a small ball stuck together. It was so under-whelming especially having experienced Knix where the fabric is thick, well stitched and well constructed. I wouldn't buy it again.

The fabric is so comfortable but with multiple washes is thinning a bit. I just wish the bikini panties were slightly wider so I wouldn’t find my self adjusting constantly.

Spent about $2000 on bras and loungewear over a month worth of ordering. Tried many items, all disappointing. Not quality enough for the price. Quality is like old navy. Bras not comfortable. Over hyped and not worth it.

Everyone I know loves Skims and always has good feedback. I wonder if its honest though because my experience hasn't been as amazing as others. I have always like this brand's styles and do think its worth the money, however, I have some issues. I purchased 3 different plunge bras and the nude color fabrics got SO dirty from either lotion or deodorant and are practically ruined now because the stains won't come out. I only use clean products and my deodorant is a natural, very expensive brand which has never done anything to any clothing I own. I even tried washing with Dawn (which works on oil stains!) and still no budge. In addition to that, the padding in the bra has become lumpy so it is not seamless under tight fitting shirts. The underwear I bought is fine, but is way too big so sizing is an issue (& never know what size to get because it varies across the board with their products). I have both the briefs and the thongs in the shiny fabric. I will say I love the fabrics!!! I just wish they held up better over time. The clothes are probably my favorite out of all of the products. One time I had shopped their sale and made sure to get in early so I could buy before everything sold out. I purchased over 6 products at least and had shipped to my work address. The ship carrier apparently came to drop off but didn't get a signature? (still don't know how that could be as it was being delivered to a place of business where there is always someone to sign) and sent my items back. I contacted Skims and they said they couldn't ship it back and refunded my order so I lost everything I had waited for as it was sold out after. So that sucked. Also, I worked for a sister brand (in the same company) and was able to get everything at a discount so you can trust that this is an honest review.

Miss Kimberly hits every mark! Although the loungewear is cute, soft, and comfy where SKIMS really wins is in the bra and shape wear department. I appreciate how Kim has normalized featuring photos of all different sizes in her product features and how she’s taken into consideration all different body types in the undergarments she designs. Absolutely love the longline and unlined options for bras and shape wear no matter your body type, size, or clothing preference.

I didn't want to love my skims bras! But I haven't gone a day without wearing one since I ordered, and I don't think I'll ever wear a "real" bra ever again!!
